We at Visual Lease, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) have created this Privacy Policy because we know you care about how information you provide us is used and shared.  This Privacy Policy describes how we gather information from you as a Visitor on our Visual Lease Site located at or as a Subscriber accessing and using our Services at our Login Site separately provided to you and how we may use and share that information.  By accessing the Login Site you represent that you are an authorized Subscriber of our Services.  By visiting the Sites, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.  Unless otherwise defined herein, all defined terms shall have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Use.

Personally non-identifiable information

We may automatically collect personally non-identifiable information when you visit the Sites, such as your network location, the IP address of your computer, and what sections of the Sites you visit.

The Sites may use “cookie” technology to help us collect other personally non-identifiable information and to enhance your experience using the Sites.  We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information.  Cookies are small packets of data that a web site stores on your computer’s hard drive so that your computer will “remember” information about your visit.  We may use both session and persistent cookies.  A session cookie expires when you close your browser; a persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an expended period of time.  You can reject cookies by following the directions provided in your Internet provider’s “help” file.  If you reject cookies, you may still use the Sites, but your ability to use some areas of the Sites will be limited. We may allow third-party companies that are presenting advertisements on the Sites to set and access their own cookies.  Such third-party cookies are not governed by this Privacy Policy, but by the privacy policy of such third party.

The Sites may also use “clear gif” technology, commonly known as web beacons that help us manage content on the Sites by tracking what content is effective.  Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web site users.  Unlike cookies, which can be stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence.

Personally identifiable information

We do not collect your name, email address, telephone number or other personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”) from you when you visit the Visual Lease Site as a Visitor unless you voluntarily provide us with such information (for example, when you contact us for a free online demonstration of Visual Lease or when you contact us for Visual Lease pricing information) or you become a Subscriber of the Login Site.

How we use your information

We may use your Personal Data in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data for a certain reason, we may use such Personal Data in connection with the reason for which it was provided.  For instance, we will use Personal Data to administer access to the Sites and to respond to submissions made to the Sites; complete product orders and respond to other inquires, and provide you with additional information about our products and services.

We may also use your Personal Data and personally non-identifiable information collected through the Sites to help us improve the functionality of the Sites, to better understand the end users of the Sites and to provide and improve our Services.

If we intend on using any of your Personal Data in any manner that is not consistent with this Privacy Policy, you will be informed of such anticipated use prior to or at the time at which the Personal Data is collected. You may choose not to submit your Personal Data at any time, but that decision may prevent you from accessing and/or using our Services.

Aggregated personal data

We may analyze your Personal Data in aggregate form which does not identify you personally. We may share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents, advertisers, manufacturers and business partners. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
