Bill is a Lease Accounting Subject Matter Expert at Visual Lease. He has over 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate operations and finance, with both landlords and tenants. Prior to Visual Lease, Bill was responsible for international real estate portfolios of millions of square feet, comprised of office, retail and industrial properties. Bill holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati.

With more than 20 years in finance and lease accounting consulting, Joe informs our product roadmap, deepens strategic partnerships, and supports go-to-market strategy. Previously, Joe served as EY's practice leader for Lease Accounting and Technology, helping companies navigate the technology landscape for the new lease accounting standards.
Nick DeMarco
Nick is the Manager of Financial Reporting at Visual Lease. With over 10 years of accounting experience, Nick has served in various accounting roles at SaaS companies. During his time at Visual Lease, he has served as a lease accounting expert and informed Visual Lease’s lease accounting solution. Nick is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey.
Rosemary Courtney
Rosemary is a Senior Technical Accountant at Visual Lease. She has over 30 years’ experience in financial leadership roles. Rosemary is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and New Jersey and holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University and MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
Caroline Ajel
Caroline is a Lease Accounting Business Analyst at Visual Lease. In her role, she partners with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to inform the company’s lease accounting product vision, strategy and features. She has more than 15 years’ experience designing applications and has helped dozens of companies achieve and maintain lease accounting compliance.
