Evolving to a cloud-based software with compliance in mind.

Simpson Strong-Tie, a leading provider of structural building products, uses Visual Lease to manage and account for their lease portfolio, replacing a manual, decentralized process with an efficient, cloud-based tool that meets SEC requirements and provides global accessibility.

The implementation was actually relatively easy. I think we just had to take our list, and for all of the records that we had to record into the system I think it was probably about 2 weeks of QA, validation and getting the system up and running.

Franz Riedel,
Financial Reporting Controller at Simpson Strong-Tire
