VL Best Practice Implementation Package Services Terms

Applicability: Services Terms are subject to change at any time. The Terms existing as of the date of Customer’s executed Order are valid for and apply to the package set forth in such Order. Upon execution of the Order, all fees are non-cancelable and nonrefundable.

VL Implementation Services provide general guidance and consulting. The Implemetnation packaage Service descriptions are provided as a guideline for a typical implementation and are not a guarantee of completed work and defines the scope of work VLC is to perform related to the suite of online, web-based lease administration software applications collectively known as (“Visual Lease” or the “System”). In the event of a conflict between the terms of the License Agreement and this SOW, the terms of the License Agreement shall prevail. The Visual Lease Professional Services team shall use commercially reasonable efforts to implement the details in the package description.

Client Obligations for Success:

Timely and successful implementation of Visual Lease requires ongoing collaboration between VL and Client.  Client is responsible for certain key Project tasks, deliverables and timely reviews of implementation work to maintain the Project schedule.  If these obligations and assumptions are not upheld, a Change Order to address the resulting scope and/or budgetary changes may be required.

Client will assign resources to fulfill the following roles:

  • Executive Sponsor
  • Client Project Manager
  • Functional Lead and Business Subject Matter Experts.
  • System Administrator

Participation in Project Meetings and Reviews

Project meetings and reviews will be required throughout the implementation process.  Without adequate participation, the implementation will extend the Project timeline will result in Change Orders.  The dates of these meetings will be determined as part of the Project planning in collaboration with Client.

Timely Review, Preparation and Completeness of Deliverables

The Project timeline requires Client to contribute to, review, and prepare deliverables within specific timeframes.  Delays in these activities can extend the Project timeline and can increase the Project cost.

The Project timeline and costing assumes that Client will review all VL deliverables pursuant to the approved Project plan.

Client Deliverables

Client will provide the following deliverables to the Project

  • Detailed use cases associated with the overall requirements.
  • System testing after VL has completed detailed End to End Test Plan.
  • A Client resource must be available to troubleshoot any problems with the network or internal servers.
  • Client must provide any existing documentation related to existing implementation, which may be of assistance for this review.

All Package Services must be completed within the Service term listed on the executed Order. Scope items required by the Customer, but not deliverable within the confines of the package included in the Service will require the purchase of additional consulting hours. Virtual consulting sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours prior notice will be counted toward the hours scoped for the engagement. Onsite workshops and/or onsite consulting sessions cancelled with less than 5 business days notice will be counted toward the scope of the engagement.. At the end of the Service term, any remaining Services will be forfeited without refund.

Travel and living expenses are not included in the price and will be billed separately.
